Terms of Service for SolScope

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SolScope (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Not Financial Advice

SolScope is an informational tool only. All price data, market cap figures, alerts, and information displayed in the App are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, trading, or any other type of professional advice. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Never make financial decisions based solely on information provided by SolScope. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

3. Subscription & Billing

SolScope Quant Subscription

• The SolScope Quant subscription unlocks premium features including volume spike alerts, extended chart history, and unlimited price alerts.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard policy.

Free Tier

A free version of SolScope is available with limited features. We reserve the right to modify the features available in each tier at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the App's functionality
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the App

5. Data Accuracy

SolScope sources market data from third-party APIs (CoinGecko, DexScreener, Birdeye). We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Data delays, inaccuracies, or API outages are outside our control and we are not liable for any decisions made based on this data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolScope and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Intellectual Property

The SolScope name, logo, design, and all original content within the App are the intellectual property of SolScope. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without written permission.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
